The staff at this hotel are very friendly and accommodating, the rooms were clean and cool, the view was awesome. The pools and bar were great. Can beat this for the money. Highly recommend.
Perfect for our needs! Great location close to the pier and right on the beach. The pools were fantastic for the boys and it was nice to have a tiki bar and hot breakfast. The suite was perfect for my husband and I, our two boys and my MIL.
This hotel is AMAZING. This was our first visit to Pensacola Beach and I was overwhelmed by all of the different hotel choices in the area. It's so hard to choose a hotel when you've never visited a place before. When we arrived I immediately realized I picked the perfect hotel. (I had debated between this one and the Fairfield right near it, this one was absolutely the right choice). It's at the end of a long run of hotels/condos so the beach right outside is MUCH less busy than areas further down the beach. The room was immaculately clean (and I'm super picky about cleanliness in hotels!), every single staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful, the beds were comfortable, and the view from our room was INCREDIBLE (we stayed in the king room with bunk beds with a direct Gulf view). They have a hot breakfast every morning that had tons of options (oatmeal, eggs, toast, bagels, waffles, yogurt, sausage, etc) - and there was always a staff member keeping everything clean. We had no issue finding parking at any time. I don't write many reviews but I was truly so impressed with this hotel. We will most definitely stay here when we visit the area again.
Fantastic location for the family. Walk right from the pool and be in the ocean in a few short steps. Three pools, free breakfast, and a fantastic view. All staff were friendly and treated our family well. Definitely recommend getting the suite with bunk beds and ocean view for those with kids.
My stay was perfect. The room was very clean, the service was great, and the breakfast was good. The pools were really nice too. This was our fourth stay, and every time we come, we’re reminded why we love it so much. We even talk about the hotel with other guests while we’re there, and I’ve mentioned it on TikTok and Facebook because we just love everything about it.
My husband and I have come to Pensacola Beach 4-5 times in the last several years and always stay at SpringHill Suites. You can't get any closer to the beach so the location is perfect as it is the last major hotel so it is not as crowded generally. The staff always goes above and beyond, friendly and accommodating. Shout out to Laurie and Kelli who is always the most friendly and helpful when we stay. The provide excellent service. The lobby/patio bar is wonderful. Heated pools and hot tub are perfect if you're looking for a sand less beach experience. We love Pensacola Beach Springhill Suite and is our go to vacation every year.
No matter what their rating is, I would consider this a 5-star facility. The entire complex is super clean, including the rooms, the common areas, and even the pool bathroom! The staff was overwhelmingly friendly, from the front desk, to the breakfast staff, and the housekeeping friends! Can’t wait to come back for another stay.
If your looking for a great place to stay on the beach, look no further!! The staff is amazing, food is great, room is superb (has a balcony)... Don't forget about the views! Highly recommend and honestly think this is the best place in Pensacola Beach to stay.
